To create a complete design and furnishing package for the family home; this package will include furniture, wall covering, possible window dressings, lighting, accent pieces and accessories and should be in keeping with the below.


THE FEELING To create a sense of 'wow!' that is modest & unassuming, yet equally beautiful and unique to the Murphy family. The overall style will be ultra modern whilst comfortable. This concept should be cohesive throughout the entire home.


      THE COLOURS Bright colours to be used in accents & features.


THE PRODUCTS Items sourced will be in-keeping with the contemporary style, with a 'nod' to the homes Victorian era such as the occasional accent piece, dining set & perhaps some occasional furniture or soft furnishings. The home will be designed with family in mind, meaning items will need to be durable but not compromising.




This project will entail a full design service; from sourcing of products, to full presentation of visuals. These visuals will consist of a coordination of colours and will be in keeping with the families needs & tastes as written in the above brief.

Fees & Terms  

I propose providing the above described services in accordance with the following pricing schedule:  

·       Design services at the amount of £2585.00

        (50% due on acceptance of proposal, balance due on completion of design scheme.)

·          3D visuals are available if required at £185 per drawing

        (50% due on order of visuals, balance due on completion)

·       Product sourcing & Procurement is charged at 10% of the items cost

        (Full payment required on order)


Rights in Data  

Zoe Hubbard Interiors and corresponding drawings and work are owned by ZHI, and upon payment in full will become owned wholly by the client; all deliverables will not be released until the initial design fee has been received.  

I believe that the task, cost and fees associated with the scope described; here in constitute a sound estimate to establish your project as a modern family home that is both practical but also aesthetically pleasing.

1 Design Scheme as per proposal

All corresponding drawings and work shall remain the property of ZHI (Zoe Hubbard Interiors) until full payment has been received.
1.1 Once a deposit has been received from the client this constitutes a contract between the client and ZHI. Upon receipt of the deposit the client has confirmed that they have accepted the quotation, are happy to proceed with the order and have satisfied themselves that all the details are correct.
1.2 The balance of the design fee will be due on the presentation to you of the final design/s. Final designs may include drawings, sample boards, 3D imagery, product samples – paint, fabric, tiles etc. Final designs and samples will remain the property of ZHI until the balance payment has been received in full.
1.3 Once the final design has been handed over if there are any amendments to be made by the client this is at an hourly charge.
1.4 Initial consultations are £50.00, however this will be deducted from the overall design fee for projects over £1000.00. Should the premises be more than 100 miles from our location then we may ask for travel expenses to be covered by the client. In these circumstances all expenses shall be agreed with the client before travel takes place.
1.5 Any late payments will incur a 6% above the Bank of England base rate charge.
1.6 All goods remain the property of ZHI. until paid in full. Goods may not be rejected for any reason other than that they are defective.

2.1 Our Fitters, Handymen and associated trades (plumbers, decorators etc) are all independent professional workmen with their own Commercial Insurance. They are not employees of ZHI. Copies of each individuals policy is held by ZHI & can always assist in the provision of these documents if requested. Purely for customer convenience ZHI is in no way liable for any damages/incidents caused by such individuals.
2.2 It is the duty of the client to ensure that they familiarize themselves with these terms & conditions and to have read and understood all the details before entering into any contract with ZHI. Paper copies of Terms and Conditions are available upon request. Once a deposit or purchase has been received clients are deemed to have accepted all the Terms and Conditions as detailed.

2.3 Zoe Hubbard Interior Design shall be permitted to use photographs of the Client’s property which demonstrate the Services provided by ZHI for its own marketing purposes.
3.1 The Client will supply all necessary information and give all necessary approvals/decisions to the Interior Designer for the proper and timely execution of the Project. If instructions are not forth-coming the Interior Designer cannot be held responsible for ensuing delays
3.2 Times and dates quoted for delivery of goods or materials or completion of any work are to be treated as an approximate estimate based on current trading conditions and the Interior Designer shall not be held responsible for delays outside its control.

4.1 Until such time as we confirm an Order to our suppliers and/or pass over a deposit to them, you may cancel an Order for Goods by notice to us. We will confirm your cancellation in writing to you.

4.2 If you cancel an Order and you have made any payment in advance for Services that have not been provided to you, or Goods that have not been delivered to you, we will refund these amounts to you (subject to any non-refundable deposit or other contract with our suppliers)

4.3 If you cancel an Order for Services and we have already started work on your Order by that time, you will pay us any costs we reasonably incurred in starting to fulfil the Order, and this charge will be deducted from any refund that is due to you or, if no refund is due to you, invoiced to you. We will tell you what these costs are when you contact us. However, where you have cancelled an Order because of our failure to comply with these Terms (except where we have been affected by an Event Outside Our Control), you do not have to make any payment to us.

4.4 Unfortunately it is too late to cancel an Order for Goods if we have already ordered the Goods from our suppliers or despatched your Goods to you.

4.5 Unfortunately, as the made-to-measure Goods are made to your requirements, you will not be able to cancel your Order once initiated (but this will not affect your legal rights as a consumer in relation to made-to-measure Goods that are faulty or not as described).

4.6 Once we have begun to provide the Services to you, you may cancel the contract for the Services at any time by providing us with at least 30 calendar days’ notice in writing. Any advance payment you have made for Services that have not been provided at the point of cancellation will be refunded to you.

4.7 Once we have begun to provide the Services to you, you may cancel the contract for Services with immediate effect by giving us written notice if:

4.8 We break this contract in any material way and we do not correct or fix the situation within 14 days of you asking us to in writing;

4.9 We go into liquidation or a receiver or an administrator is appointed over our assets;

4.10 We change these Terms under clause 3.1 to your material disadvantage;

4.11 We are affected by an Event Outside Our Control.


We will use the personal information you provide to us to:
- provide the Goods and/or Services;
- process your payment for such Goods and/or Services; and
- inform you about similar products or services that we provide, but you may stop
- receiving these at any time by contacting us.
- we will not give your personal data to any third party.
This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this Legal Notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
